Since our products are digital or custom-made, refunds are only granted under the following conditions within 30 days of purchase:

1. You did not receive or download the purchased digital item.
2. The file you received is incomplete or missing essential parts.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

• You have returned a product from BonbonDigital in the past.
• You request refunds for multiple items.
• You purchased the wrong product, as we provide detailed previews to verify your selection.

For unique situations outside these terms, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at BonbonDigital’s sole discretion.
